One of my friend mentioned he can recruit even through youtube, I know many would be surprised.
This is the reality, we have to focus on cloud recruiting - explore all avenues and choose the best one!!
When the word professional networking sites comes to my mind, I can just think of Linkedin, infact the one genuine  site which still gives option for free job postings.


We all should be thankful to Michael Marlatt - the genius behind cloud recruiting, he helped us to understand recruitment is just not confined to portals, there is a world of networking which everyone should make use of in order to build one's database which is the recruiters' ultimate goal.
